I just bought Pixelmator Pro for my iMac, but I do not see the feature described in this tutorial on my screen.

You don´t have it in the Edit menu either? Right click on the top bar to customise perhaps then.

In some instances this may remove some of your subject. Is there a way to paint those portions back in?

Could be Pixelmator Pro is on version 2.4.5.

I do love this feature. However, I sell coffee mugs, and a white coffee mug on a white background is hard for the AI tool to understand. When the background is a different color it works a little better. But I think the white mug is just hard. The edges and the handle have spots removed with the background. If there is a good work around for this I would love to hear it. Thanks.
