A4 print doesn't fit

Hi, thank you for the amazing software

when printing an exported a4 pdf it gets out scaled down by about 5% of the whole image size.

Please help, thank you

This is a common issue when the printer tries to fit the page into the maximal printable size. Find a property in your printer driver that reads like "print at 100%" or alike.

thank you, Ellen. I know about this and have tried but no result unfortunately. I suppose it might be the printer's fixed setting, but maybe someone knows a workaround.

I tried all of them possible. Also scaled things up just to see where the 'walls' are. Looks like might be the printer's issue. Thank you for trying to help me out.

Just downloaded the handbook. There are so many ways to print; via USB, wireless, AirPrint etc. Can you show us the printer dialogs perhaps you use?

the handbook might be a general one, bc i can use usb only. here's some screenshots of the settings i've tried

Hi, I have the same problem with an Hp inkjet. I exported the image and print via Swift Publisher and it worked properly, I can't understand why.
