Hi, I'm pretty new to automation of Pixelmator Pro.
I need something that uses one or more input images and creates around 10 versions of them in different sizes and names.
Example input:
IMAGE_01
Required Output:
4x6" IMAGE_01
8x12" IMAEG_01
.... and so on
What i want to customize with few clicks
- Output folder
- Quality of JPG files
what i want to customize once in the setup:
- Sizes of files in Pixel
- Names of output files
i had tried it with Automator App on Mac, and it worked perfectly with ease, but I couldn't set a Quality there. The jpgs needs to be around 80-90%.
So i tried the Shortcut App on Mac which offers much more Pixelmator Features, but the whole Shortcuts app feels unintuitive, weird and buggy, like a beta that has been abandoned by Apple long ago.
i had success with it, but on one image, the suffix is missing on the results, but it has 100% the same steps like all other sizes. It is also very, very slow. I have a maxed-out M1 Max Mac Studio. So power is not an issue.
i used ML Super Resolution as an Upscaler. My input images are created with Topaz Gigapixel for the maximum size. So the "Upscaler" in Pixelmator is more used as a downscaler.
cant attach the shortcut now, because i'm not at home.
Anyone have some tips how to approach this better?
