The most recent update has disabled the "Paste and Match Colors" command. Is this a known bug that will be fixed?

It´s still there. To enable "Colors"instead of "Style" press additional ctrl key:

You must have an older version. The bug in the latest version has been confirmed by Pixelmator developers and will be fixed in next release.

I'm up-to-date (3.3.11) and checked already that it's working.
