Am I correct that you are trying to use a Photomator extension from inside the Photos app? It doesn't appear as though this is a supported feature yet. Pixelmator Pro is supported from inside the Photos app though.

Solved, seems to be related to OCLP OS installation, I used "tccplus Wrapper" to add privilege to Photomator.

If you are in the Photos App Library screen and right click on a photo, there is an option Edit With which you can then select Photomator. As was previously stated, Pixelmator Pro works as an extension in the Edit screen in Apple Photos but Photomator to this point doesn't. (Hope they add this in the future as I prefer to start working in the Photos app.)
