Is there a way to ditch the RAW in RAW+JPEG pairs?

My Ricoh GRIII has excellent on-board post-processing so I shoot RAW+JPEG just in case. I commonly end up clicking the edit JPEG button in Pixelmator Photo and work with that instead of the RAW. Now my photo library is huge and I would love to reduce file sizes but I have all these RAW+JPEGs with just the JPEG edited. I would go ahead and convert them all to JPEG but that would bake the edits in. Does anyone know of a nifty way that I could somehow remove the RAW? My current workaround would be to manually copy the edits, revert to original, export as JPEG, paste them on to the JPEG, and then delete the other file.
