How do i remove arm hair?

How do I remove small, fine arm hairs on pixelmator pro?

It varies between different photos but in most cases, this can be accomplished using Retouch tools.

Alternatively, you can use a more advanced skin retouching workflow shown here.

But when I use the retouch tool, then change the exposure, highlight and shadows, the retouch parts resurface.

And when I try using retouch with video, the same problem occurs.

How do I solve this?
