Please move multi-page list to the top of features/bugs/forum website pages.

When there is a long multi-page features/bugs/forum thread please move the page list to the top of the page so it is easier to get to the latest entries. As it is now you have to scroll/move through the long first page to find out there are more pages and get to the page list.
