Perhaps I’m missing something, but having updated the app today, I see no changes to the interface.
The new features are not there. Am I doing something wrong?

Hey there, could you check if you can see the Basic adjustments category in your list of color adjustments? The new Clarity and Texture sliders should be there.

Perhaps this has to do with App-store functionality.
When I went to the App-store and looked for the app. it says. "now available" when you click on the "open" button it will just open the present version that is already on your i-device
You have to click on the Pxelmator photo logo, that will open a new window with a button "update". After you click update all is ok.
At least that is what happend to me.
I experienced this behaviour also with some other app-updates in the App-store
