Automator Export to HEIF, how to use a custom Quality setting?

Hi, I just bought Pixelmator Pro hoping I could use it to batch export images from various formats to HEIC. I must use custom settings (max quality for example) for my works, however so far I haven't been successful in creating an Automator Workflow/Application/Quick Action that accomplishes what I want. It appears that the "Change Type of Images" Action in Pixelmator Pro, similarly to the corresponding Preview and Pixelmator Classic Actions that I've tried already, doesn't allow the use of custom settings for the output types, which would make it pretty much useless for my needs. Any advice? Thank you.
