Family Sharing of ‘old’ license

Hello,
As an existing (and happy) user of Pixelmator Photo, I got a lifetime license when the new pricing was introduced.
I want to share the app with my wife via Family Sharing. Unfortunately my license doesn’t seem to be shared with her.
I don’t see any way to ‘upgrade’ my license to a new shareable license.
Is there any solution for this?
