Sparkle app plugin

I was just wondering if it's feasible to work with the developer of the Sparkle web design app to develop a plugin for copying and pasting a web page layout from Pixelmator Pro to Sparkle. The Sketch app has this but Sketch is subscription based so no go for me. I'm really appreciating the Motion project export. Thanks for that.
