In the new version of Pixelmator Photo for Mac that's coming soon, I imagine that it will be fully compatible with new Macs with M1 silicon,
as well as with older Macs with Intel chips. I have both in the house and would like to have the new Pixelmator Photo for Mac application
running on both machines. Thank you for information about this.

I've only got an old 27" Intel iMac (2014) at home so I'd like to know this as well. I can't afford to upgrade just yet and in any case there's currently no replacement for the 27" iMac available even if I had the money.
