Seems I cannot rotate an image slightly... I only see few options in ROTATE IMAGE and try to use CANVAS ROTATION 5º end up with over 300º change... unless I'm missing something, there doesn't seem to be a way to SLIGHTLY tweak an image to get it level. I'm photographing artwork.

No rush ... I found a free app to do this, called "Seashore"
allows me to rotate any +/- º

Unless I'm missing something. You can easily rotate a layer in 10th of a degree increments. Just type the angle of rotation in the box that labels how many degrees of rotation.
