Hi,
So basically I’m interested how to achieve something like this https://youtu.be/bmNiU_gqiWo in Pixelmator Pro. Meaning, being able to create an exact colour levels adjustment filter and apply it to anything. By whaf I can tell, Pixelmator’s colour adjustments are pretty basic.
How to apply exact colour to photos?

The Color Adjustments "Color Monochrome" and "Replace Color" are superior in Pixelmator Pro imho.
I didn´t pay much attention in the exact object selection - but from there it´s just pasting in the hex-code for the new color and boom:

Thank you so much! Had no idea those options existed. Regular colour adjustments tab didn’t show those toggles/options by default so I didn’t realise to use Format > Color Adjustments menu. This seems to do the job, and indeed better as well!
Two quick questions though:
1) What’s the difference between Monochrome and Replace options?
2) How did you get those filter and mask layers?

Pixelmator Pro 2.4.5
The Color Monochrome effect converts an image to black and white while also adding a color tint.
Customize the effect: * Click the color well to choose a color or click to open the Colors window. * Move the Intensity slider to the left bring back some of the original colors to the image. You can also enter a value from 0% to 100%.
Use the Replace Color adjustment to replace any color in your image with any other.
