Hello, If I start Pixelmator Pro, almost immediately the coloured wheel starts turning and the application doesn't respond. So I have to force-quit it with alt-cmd-esc. I already re-installed it, deleted the pixelmator pro preferences, did a hard restart of the laptop, used the terminal rule rm -rf ~/Library/Containers/com.pixelmatorteam.pixelmator.x.photos-extension/
but nothing works. It keeps on refusing to start. What can I do?
I use a MacBook Air (middle 2013) with macOS Catalina 10.15.7
Processor = 1,7 GHz Dual-Core i7 • Memory = 4 GB 1600 MHz DDR3
Thanks

Hey there Geert. Compatibility-wise, it looks like you should be good so I'm not entirely sure what could be the issue here. It would be great if you could email us about this at [email protected]. Our support team will have questions for you to troubleshoot this further.
