Switching to Color Adjustments no Longer completes crop.

I work on hundreds of photos a day and shortcuts are my life. My normal workflow is to crop a photo and then make color adjustments. Previously I could draw my cropping box and then hit A for the color adjustments window and Pixelmator Pro would complete the crop and then go to the color adjustments window. Now nothing happens until I apply the crop. I know it's a simple thing to hit Apply, but when you're editing lots of photos it feels like an extra step. Am I missing something or is this something that can be added back in?
