I'm suddenly getting an "unable to open photo" error on the latest iOS when iCloud Sync is on. This happens whether I attempt to open a photo from the Pixelmator folder or I attempt to create a new one.
I've tried to log out of iCloud and log in again. I've also tried to delete and redownload the app. However, the problem still persists.

This issue has resolved itself after I restarted my phone.
