I do a lot of video graphics. Is there away to adjust the pixel aspect ratio in Pixelmator so I can preview the output with abnormal pixel sizes?

Hey Tom, 'fraid not — that's quite a niche feature for most users so it generally doesn't fall under the kind of things we aim to cover with Pixelmator. Though I'm happy to add it to our feature request list!
