Came across the following when working inside Pixelmator Pro:
- Locking a layer does not prevent the layer from being deleted. Is this expected behaviour? Seems like it should be delete proof.

This is, indeed, expected behavior. Locking a layer prevents it from being edited by any tools but it can be interacted with in the layer list.
