I few photo with this defects, what is called and what is the best way to remove it with Pixelmator Pro?

If you shoot with flash turned on, and the flash is close to lens (as in mobile phones), then it is probably a dust flying in front of your lens, lit by the flash.
I suggest trying Repair Tool to remove it.
