Hi bamboo-water.
Advanced compression of PNG files is in the Export for Web function.
To get to it:
1. select File > Export for Web.
2. Set the image type to .png
3. Click on the down arrow to the right of the export format (circled in red on the screenshot at the end).
4. Select Use advanced compression.
