I wanted to try out Pixelmator pro (I have not tried out Pixelmator before), and there was no problem installing the app, but when I try to upload a picture in the app, it does not work. I just get this wheel loading forever even when I try to upload just one picture, or it doesn't show up at all when i get the picture from "open..." I have a MacBook Pro (Retina, 15-inch, Late 2013) with Intel Iris Pro 1536 MB. I thought this was enough, but maybe it isn't? This machine is supposed to have metal.

Hi there, this should definitely be working, although we have seen one or two cases like yours over the past few months — if you haven't done so already, could you email us about this at [email protected]? We'd love to take a closer look at what could be going on.
