Remove the width limit on some effects

Hi, I would like to see the removal of the 200px limit on some of the tile filters i.e. Hexagon, I can't honestly see why there is a 200px limit

With limits such as this one, it's usually because the original Core Image filter has it, although there may be some way to get around it. We'll see what we can do!
