After I've made colour changes, etc. how can I flatten the item so the changes cannot be reversed. For example, I've used replace color for one image but I want to replace a second color in the same image. I can't seem to do that. There must be a way to "save" the adjustments and then do replace color again.

There are two ways — you can select the Color Adjustments tool, press and hold the Option key, then click Flatten Adjustments at the bottom of the Tool Options pane or you can also choose Format > Convert into Pixels (from the Format menu at the top of your screen). With the second one, because it's a menu command, you could also set up your own keyboard shortcut for it using System Preferences.

Perfect, thanks!
