If I select an object and have the Arrange tool open, I get the option to rotate the object. If I want to rotate it -1 degrees (359 degrees), I can manually type in -1 and this will be changed to 359 degrees. I can't take it to 359 degrees using the down button, though.
I feel that when the rotation is at 0 degrees and the down button is pressed, the rotation should become 359 degrees.
