Shape Roundness in Refine not working

Hi,

I've just updated to Pixelmator Pro 2.1.4 and cannot round off the corners on an image. I would usually do...

Edit > Select all
Edit > Refine Selection
Shape Roundness to 20% > Apply
Edit > Invert selection
Edit > Cut
Edit > Deselect all

Since the update, I get to step 3, and the slider makes no difference as the select all on the image drops. Any help would be great, thanks.

Strange - works here exactly following your description. Tried 5 times - no issue here. Maybe shut down Mac - wait 30s - restart and try again. (No restart; I mean shut down)

Thanks, I had already shut down and powered on, to no avail. Just gave it another for good luck and still no joy.

Hi Tom. Looks like you've found a bug here. We'll do our best to fix it in the upcoming update! In the meantime, if you or anyone else rely on this functionality and need it urgently, drop us a line at support@pixelmator.com and we'll send over the previous version of Pixelmator Pro you can use until this gets fixed.

OMG - I was ignoring the initial step: Selecting all and draw a selection frame instead. So "Yes - confirmed" also from me.

Ah, dang it. Looks like it reproduces consistently on all devices. Thanks for taking the time to check this, though!
