Using the repair tool on a separate repair layer should be a good idea – it probably isn’t

Is something not working like it should? Let us know.

There is a showstopper bug that simply reverts recent repairs after zooming in on different parts of the image.

Imagine using the repair tool to get rid of the 12 on your watch face. Zoom in, use the repair tool and it really works like a charm. Zoom out to get the big picture. Reward your recent work with a cup of coffee. Back to business – next up the 6. Zoom in and use that magical repair tool again. Wow – that 6 is gone for good. Let’s zoom out again to celebrate our work. Ups, that 12 is back. This can’t be true *zoomsinandoutagain* *switchestofinderandbacktopixelmatorpro* *sniffsatthecoffeecup*. The 12 was there to stay.

End of show.

This is a known issue and should be fixed in the upcoming Pixelmator Pro 1.6 update — apologies for the inconvenience in the meantime!
