I feel like I'm missing something but with PP 2.0 when I use the repair tool it automatically creates a new repair layer. Now if I make any changes to the main layer, they aren't reflected in my repair layer and my repairs stand out. Is there a way to get all the layers to be adjusted at the same time?

Hey Max! You must have selected "Sample All Layers" in the Repair tool options. Deselect it and try repairing again — it should help.
