Is something not working like it should? Let us know.
Hi Chris, we now have a beta version of Pixelmator with a fix for this issue — could you get in touch with us at email@example.com? We'll be more than happy to share it with you.
Hi, same issue with text editing, can You help me with beta also. Tnx
We sure can — just drop us a quick email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll share that version with you too.
Hi! Can I also get beta version of Pixelmator? Stuck with same problem
Of course! For future reference, everyone who's having this issue, email us at email@example.com and we'll share the beta with you too.
Hi Andrius! I've sent already few emails with subject “Can’t edit text in Mojave”, but nobody respond. Can you help?
It looks like we never received your emails — I checked the Spam folder as well and there are no emails from anybody with your name... (in fact, we forward all spam emails to the main mailbox to avoid issues like this).
Are you sure you sent the email to the right address? Maybe a typo got in the way somewhere?
Hi, i have the same issue. Since I download Mojave, i can't edit my ''Text'' . I wrote an email to this address firstname.lastname@example.org and I'm waiting for the beta. Thank you
HI, sent an email to email@example.com earlier today as I'm desperate to get on with some unfinished work with Pixelmator, yet to receive a reply for the patch so I can edit text since mac update its OS, can someone help me, thanks
Is there no update, it has to be purchased again?
Yep, every single update to the original Pixelmator since it was released on the Mac App Store in 2011 (that's almost 8 years ago) has been completely free. If you're being prompted to buy the app again, it usually means you're using a different Apple ID, you've changed your Apple ID region, or you've accidentally hidden the purchase.
This is still an issue and I have emailed. I hope for a response. Thanks!
This is occurring still for me on Pixelmator 3.9 under macOS 10.14.6.
