Under the "..." menu when editing a photo, I tap Settings and there is a parameter at the bottom of the list called "Extended Values". It seems to be OFF by default. Does anyone know what this does if I turn it ON?

Adjustments can sometimes make quite extreme changes and for that reason, we've limited this by default to prevent any kind of potential artifacts. For example, Exposure goes from -200% to 200% by default, but with Extended Values on, it goes from -400% to 400%. There are quite a few adjustments where this is true, actually, and the full power of Selective Color, for example, is really only available with Extended Values on. We might make some changes to this in the future, however.
