Illustrator has an image tracing feature that allows you to trace a picture and it turns it into an effect that looks hand drawn.

Hey there! To be honest, this is a long-standing feature request (it definitely has my vote!) and something we'll be looking into in the not too distant future.

I too would very much like an auto-trace feature, for my purposes creating a one-click outline over a draft visual for a logo, or simple artwork.
