Hey there, I'm not sure I completely understand the question, but yes, you can definitely draw curved lines using Pixelmator Pro and control the anchor points you add using any of the tools. The Pen tool works the same way it does in most vector editing applications. Have you had a chance to use it, and if you have, are you having any trouble with it?

But I finally got stuck there every time.
Could you pls help me out so I get the same result as the file attached to this post?

I could be wrong here but to me, it looks like you're missing the steps where Andrius divides the path and deletes the anchor points at the path's ends. Here are the actions from 00:06 to 00:08 step by step:
1. After you've made the ellipse editable, select the point at the bottom of the ellipse.
2. Control-click the selected point and choose "Divide Path" from the menu that appears.
3. Click and drag over the bottom point — now two points, to be exact — to select them again.
4. Press the Return key on your keyboard to delete the points.
Hope that helps!

Well, after some more trial&error, it comes clear now ... Actually, after making circle editable and dragging over the ancorpoints on the bottom, I didn't have to make step 2. I could immediately delete the part below ...2021-01-19 14:59:37 I could be wrong here but to me, it looks like you're missing the steps where Andrius divides the path and deletes the anchor points at the path's ends.
