Time to say: Congratulations! This is an amazing number. I’ve been using Pixelmator for a couple of years now, and with every new version i’m a happier user. Thanks for that.
Well deserved, keep improove pixelmator!!!
Sure you do! you are doing a very good job. Forward!
Congratulations! Gracias totales!
Keep on rolling Pixelmator crew!
Well done. The mention on the new Mac Pro performance page says it all: people are looking to viable alternatives for Photoshop. Especially now that Adobe turns to a subscription only model. Which is supposed to bring in extra cash for Adobe but is not what customers asked for.
Now if you could develop a credible alternative to illustrator you can count me in.
Congratulations guys! This is well deserved and no surprise really. Pixelmator steadily moves from strength to strength and is becoming more and more the much needed/wished for alternative to Photoshop (whilst Adobe just seem to be trying their hardest to alientate their userbase with their cloud subscription model). Well done team Pixelmator :)
one of the great app i ever used in a Mac, expecting a iOS version from you guys…
How can Pixelmator be at the same time one of the best app I’ve never used, clearly, but ironically it is also one of the worst ?
Im very sad… each new Version of Pixelmator has new many Bugs. The new FX 3.0 Version has Graphics Draw Issues (Fill, Lines, … ) and now I can not use the Selection + function (SHIFT key has no function). Also many crashes. Other apps are working fine without any problems. Mac OSX Mavericks Mac Mini Late 2012 16 GB Ram.
Very sad. This is the first time that Im thinking about to buy another App or Photoshop.
We’d love to solve those problems for you. Could you email us the details at firstname.lastname@example.org? Thanks!
Pixelmator is awesome, tried the demo and loe it.
There used to be a discount at ~13 € here in Europe, will there be any promo in the future, e.g. on Black Friday?
It’s not like is was that hard. All you guys did was produce a superior product people wanted, that did the job that people wanted, that uses only the resources necessary, and does not require use of an unsecured cloud service that causes a leak of personally identifiable information. For 2.5 million people. Adobe threw their customer at you….
And boy am I GLAD there was a place for them to go ;)
P.S. That first part is meant as comedy….
Downloaded your trial and after 10mins of using it I purchased it!
Moving from CS3 to Pixelmator has been a very quick transition. For what I need I can now do it much quicker and in Pixelmator.
Great app. One mute point for my ageing eyes is to allow for the enlarging of the toolboxes and bars, on a 27″ screen I am having to lean forward :-)
This looks very impressive! Now I know that Apple is very popular for people in graphic design, but if this could come to PC some day, it would be amazing. I would pay two or three times the sticker price of this product for a PC version, if for no other reason than to give the finger to Adobe and their cashcow subscription model for Photo$hop.
Keep doing what you’re doing! Competition from great products is what keeps businesses on the straight and narrow. And great products like this fuel great art ;)
Hi Luv it once the bugs stop. It freezes up on me so I cant do anything. Dont have any problems with the other programmes. I have to force quit to get out of there. Is there anyone else that has this problem. Thanks.
@line Carignan, if you have problems with Pixelmator, email us at email@example.com. We’ll see how we can help you!
